Handshakes and High 5s

A strong start is so important, whether it be your first impression on the job or the first part of your school day. We're here to help with both. Handshakes and High 5s is a workforce development initiative for students to engage with business professionals and community leaders while instilling confidence and introducing soft skills in a simple, fun way. Monthly, during the school year, we visit Gallatin K-12 schools to give out handshakes and high 5s as students arrive.
