Gallatin Grub: The Klatch

On this icy Tuesday, let's talk COFFEE! For today's #GrinBehindtheGrub, we're excited to introduce Jeff and Heather Brigstock, the faces behind the coffee at the Klatch at Inside Out Markets.

The Klatch, which is located at Inside Out Markets in the old Fitzgerald Manor at 562 S Water Street, opened this past October and was immediately a Gallatin favorite. The name Klatch is derived from the German word kaffeklatsch and refers to an informal gathering of friends over coffee - and with a menu that offers up coffee drinks, teas, baked goods, and more, the Klatch provides the perfect atmosphere for just that!

While their breakfast and lunch menu - prepared by Crissy Tuttle and Southern Bites - features specialty items like biscuits and gravy, fresh frittatas, and even delicious weekly soup specials, they also keep a full display of baked goods provided by local baker Merry Bakes, perfect for that catch-up date with a friend. No time to stay and chat? Browse Inside Out Markets while they make your drink and then take it to-go!

It's hard to pick a favorite on the menu, but the pecan sticky buns are out of this world, and we're BIG fans of their delicious lattes. In fact, when one employee of the Chamber says they're running over for a mid-day treat, they end up with five different orders to bring back. What can we say - the coffee is just that good!
