Welcome to the Gallatin Chamber of Commerce website, where you'll find all important information about our community and our businesses.

Gallatin is a thriving community, located 25 miles Northeast of Nashville and within a day's drive of 75% of our nation.  With a growing population of close to 30 thousand, it's still a small town, but offers opportunities and access that are typically found only in larger cities.

Gallatin is the county seat of Sumner County, one of the fastest growing counties in Tennessee, with a population of over 140 thousand. 

Old Hickory Lake is one of Gallatin's best attractions, offering outstanding fishing and watersport opportunities.  Public access is available at many locations around Gallatin.  The city has its own airport, regional hospital, community college.  Gallatin's business portfolio includes manufacturing, retail, recreation and agriculture. 

Gallatin's town square is  a cornerstone of the community, with an abundance of history, featuring a central courthouse and 19th century buildings and churches. Other historic attractions in the area include The Palace Theater, Trousdale Place Museum, Bledsoe Fort, and many historic homes including Cragfont, Wynnewood, and Rosemont.  

Bledsoe State Park is an excellent recreational spot for families, with camping, lake access and excellent hiking. 

From outdoors enthusiasts to antique collectors to history buffs, Gallatin offers something for almost any interest.
